Greenlight for Huntlee near Branxton

08 Dec, 2011 10:12 AM
The Court of Appeal’s judgment overturns the decision of the NSW Land and Environment Court, which held that the Major Development SEPP amendment that had the effect of rezoning the Huntlee land was invalid.

The successful appeal upholds Huntlee’s State Significant Site rezoning and the project will now progress to the next stage, which will include progressing the assessment of Huntlee’s Project

Application for the first stage of the project.

The $1.5 billion proposal involves more than 7000 homes.

Infra structure first-hospital, ambulance, doctors, dentists, public transport, what is the use of adding several thousand more families without the infrastructure to support them, Maitland hospital for an example is overcrowded almost onto the street most days of the week.

Don't forget the stink from Rutherford Industrial estate for when an easterly or South easterly wind blows Branxton will wear it.
