Baby competition photo times and venues

There are weekly prizes on offer plus an overall $1000 first prize and $500 runner-up prize courtesy of the Maitland Mutual Building Society.

The Maitland Mercury's annual baby competition is up and running and our photographers are coming to a venue near you.

On Monday we visited Blooms The Chemist at the Stockland Centre and yesterday the venue was Rutherford's McLeod Amcal Pharmacy.

Photographers will be at the following venues between 10am and 12.30pm.

How to enter:

The 2012 Maitland Mercury Baby Photo Competition is open to children Aged three years and under.

You may only enter a child once but you may enter as many children as you wish. Cost is $7 (including GST) per child. In the case of twins entry fee is $7 for the twins in one entry.

Baby photos will be taken as per the above list of dates locations and times.

Complete the original entry coupon, bring your baby between 10am and 12.30pm, pay the $7 entry fee and

have your baby’s photo taken.

All photos appear in the Maitland Mercury on the Thursday of the following week, along with a voting coupon.

Votes must reach the Maitland Mercury, 6/555 High Street, Maitland NSW 2320 no later than 4pm the following Monday and must be on original voting coupon. Photocopies, faxed coupons and other duplicates will not be accepted.

The winners will be determined by the highest number of votes. The photographer’s choice award is at the discretion of the photographer. In the case of a draw the prize will be shared equally.

Winners will be notified and published in the Maitland Mercury. Employees of Fairfax Media & Regional Publishers are ineligible to enter.
