Maitland Netball Association was in full swing at the park on Saturday despite Groovin the Moo being held next door at the showground.
In the under-12 division one competition, the Sharpe Shooters continued their impressive start to the season with a 38-12 victory against the Rivers from Paterson.
This came on the back of a 42-23 win for the Thornton team a week earlier against Roxy Chic from Branxton.
West Dollies and Black Hurricanes were the other round five winners on Saturday while East Maitland’s JPTS sit on top of the table and complete the six-team competition.
