SHED FIRE: Fire crews at the scene of the fire that destroyed a hay and machinery shed at Largs on Sunday morning.
Police are investigating the cause of a fire in a farm shed at Largs during the early hours of Sunday morning.
Fire crews were called to a large shed filled with hay and machinery on Phoenix Park Road about 12.45am.
Central Hunter duty officer Angela Burnell said the hay fuelled the fire for a number of hours, destroying the shed and its contents.
It took fire crews about nine hours to extinguish the blaze.
