Rosie Richards of Tenambit was the winner of the Maitland Mercury’s 2012 Baby Competition reader’s choice award.
Mrs Richards won a two-night stay for two people, including a continental breakfast, at the Metro Inn, Ryde, valued at $440.
“It will be lovely to see the sites of Sydney, especially Darling Harbour, and of course go shopping,” Mrs Richards said.
“We’re very excited.
“We never get to have holidays.”
She plans to take the holiday with her husband Chris as soon as her busy work schedule at Barkuma Neighbourhood Centre, Kurri Kurri, allows.
The Mercury’s newspaper sales and circulation representative Jaime Kowalski congratulated Mrs Richards on her win and thanked everyone who entered the competition.
