The Morpeth woman is our Miss World Australia state finalist and she feels it is time for a 22-year-old red head, country girl, to take the title.
She does not represent the stereotypical prissy princess who never gets her hands dirty and is spoon fed.
Indeya is a classically trained pianist, she plays guitar, she is a vocalist, songwriter, composer, actor and model and placed in the final top 10 of X Factor 2013.
The truth is competing for a Miss World Australia title is stressful, she said.
"The emotional and mental strain, the physical toll, being a role model, learning how to speak, knowing about politics, education and world issues.
"And while I am doing all that I have to look good and discover who I am as a person.
"I don't know how I have any hair left on my head."
To combat stress, Indeya loves to run.
"I would easily cover six to 10 kilometres a day.
"It is a release, it keeps me fit and healthy and apart from that I also have my music."
Despite the pressures, Indeya feels she can go all the way.
"Australia's last Miss World was Belinda Green in 1972.
"I would love to win the title, to become a role model to all young women who live in a world with social media which can be daunting and detrimental at times.
"I want to inspire and educate the next generation, expose unseen problems and charities which can benefit from our help."
Miss World Australia state finals will be held at Oaks Cypress Lakes, Pokolbin this Sunday.
The focus is beauty with a purpose and Indeya plans to showcase her fitness, talent and beauty.
"It is a chance for me to work hard, to show people the things they might not know about me.
"It is also a way for me to help Variety, the Children's Charity.
"I have gone into this with my eyes wide open and I am pretty sure I can make it all the way."
