Step 1 and 2 (optional) Soak 1 cup raw almonds overnight to activate, then blanch in boiling water to remove skins. Photo: Scott Barbour
Step 3: Place almonds and two cups water and pinch of sea salt into a processor or blender. Photo: Scott Barbour
Step 4: Blend for 3-5 minutes until milk is creamy-colour and almond turns into a fine meal. Photo: Scott Barbour
