With hits including Having A Beard Is The New Not Having A Beard and All the Bearded Ladies, The Beards are sure to set the tone of this year’s Saturday line-up with their catchy beard-related tunes.
Having embarked on multiple sold-out Australian tours, The Beards will be a popular addition to Bitter and Twisted in 2014.
With top billings at Big Day Out, Livid and Homebake festivals, Jebediah are veterans of the stage and promise to deliver a high tempo performance on the Sunday.
With a host of popular hits to their name including Leaving Home, Military Strongman, Teflon, Harpoon, Fall Down, No Sleep and Animal, Jebediah are sure to get the crowd up on their feet.
Also confirmed to join The Beards on the Saturday line-up will be Melbourne collective, Eagle and the Worm.
More acts for this year’s event are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
"It is fantastic to have two world renowned bands locked in for this year’s event," Maitland City Council events co-ordinator Adam Franks said.
"We are confident The Beards and Jebediah will be the perfect complement to the fantastic range of Australian craft beer and delicious food on offer as part of this event."
