The meeting will be held at Paterson School of Arts Hall at 7.30pm on Thursday.
A letter from Paterson Progress Association secretary Zoltan Lyall and acting president John McNally urged residents to attend the meeting.
The letter noted increased truck movements, longer hours of operation and possible devaluation of properties near the quarry, as issues that would be raised at the meeting.
Daracon has agreed to lodge a development application with council for its increased operation, despite having received approval from the Environmental Protection Authority earlier this year.
A community consultation committee will be established to address the concerns.
Daracon Construction Materials divisional manager Adam Kelly said he hoped the first committee meeting would take place in the next few weeks.
“We know that the community has a genuine interest in our operation at Martins Creek, particularly in truck movements, and we are committed to an open and constructive dialogue,” he said.
“We only took over the Martins Creek Quarry in 2012, but we can already show a range of measures we have taken to respond to community concern.
“We believe this committee will make it easier for community concerns to be raised and responded to.”
