Minister for Education Adrian Piccoli unveiled the sign during a secret presentation this morning.
For the past 33 years Mr Morris has worked tirelessly to promote and support group training through the formation of the HVTC - Australia's largest and oldest Group Training Organisation.
Under his leadership, HVTC has provided training and employment opportunities for 20,000 apprentices and trainees in New South Wales and Queensland across the company's 10 regional branches.
HVTC CEO Sharon Smith said the naming of the building was a proud moment in the company's history, honouring the foundation chairman who has made such a significant contribution.
"Mr Morris, who turned 90 in April this year, continues to encourage and inspire the HVTC team whom he engages with on a daily basis," Ms Smith said.
"Naming the administration building after Mr Morris is a wonderful way for HVTC to honour his lasting legacy to the company and the community."
