Complaints have been made to police, Maitland City Council and Maitland MP Robyn Parker’s office.
An appeal has also been made to a real estate agent to have a tenant removed from a rental property where the parties are held.
The wild parties start when a call goes out via the internet and young people arrive from across the area, the Mercury was told.
Young people consume alcohol, urinate in public, have sex, fight and leave behind rubbish and broken glass, a source revealed.
Residents have experienced three parties held at a neighbouring property in the past 12 months.
More than 300 young people attended the second party.
A third party was held last Saturday night.
Police have attended when called, but party goers have hidden until police left, the Mercury was told.
The petition, signed by 15 residents, calls for a safe community and an end to underage, out-of-control, unsupervised street parties, nuisance noise and destructive and violent behaviour. It will be delivered to police and a real estate agent.
