The son of El Grand Senor and Ramblin’ Ruby clocked a sizzling 21.98 seconds at the Maitland Showground track on Thursday afternoon to beat the 22.11s record of Little Ed set on July 22, 2012.
Winsome Jacko made short work of box eight and powered home to beat the Jason Mackay-trained Zipping Midge with the Nathan Auld-trained Steel The Best third.
The brindle dog carved out great sectional times - 5.36s, 15.51s and 6.47s.
