About 20 hot air balloons took part in the two-day event, 12 of those were commercial balloons and the rest were smaller, privately owned balloons.
Despite a bit of fog on yesterday morning the views from 1000 feet in the air were spectacular.
Balloon Aloft organises the event and experienced balloon pilot and Australian champion Matt Scaife said the company began 34 years ago.
"They first started in Canoundra, then they moved to Camden and then they moved up to the Hunter about 25 years ago," he said.
The fiesta runs every year on the last weekend in October but we might move it to mid-October next year, for the next couple of years, just because the last weekend seems a bit busy with Jazz in the Vines and a few other events.
"We'll see how we go, we usually have pretty good weather late October."
