Quattro Formaggi in Mosman appoints liquidator

The abrupt closure of Quattro Formaggi Deli and Wine Bar in Mosman shocked lower north shore Italophiles. Now the Military Road venue has appointed a liquidator, Jason Porter, from Pitcher Partners. He says Kerwin Mathews, the owner of the Military Road venue, had tried to find a buyer but the business wasn't profitable, so he handed the keys back to the landlord. A creditors' meeting has been called for this Friday (19/2).
