Geordie Connelly (4-3), Ryan Cox (4-8) and Craig Ross (4-9) were both economic and effective playing C, D and E grades respectively.
Robert Bartlett was the other stand out with the ball, taking 5-11 for Seaham in C-grade.
Daniel Sheerer was the best with the bat, making 105 for City United’s second grade side at Robins Oval.
Play continues as per schedule on Saturday with Twenty20 semi-finals for fourth and fifth grades set down for the following Saturday, February 7.
Third, B, C, D and E grades will play catch-up T20 matches on February 7 with semis to follow a fortnight later on February 21.
