It has been abysmal from the very beginning and still is, had they done it in sections, there wouldn’t have been the problems. 

Take the top nab end for example. That started back in mid January.  Three months later, 17 car places closed; yes that’s right most not to be reopened either. 

They have security in the day, doing nothing. 

We the public, were not allowed to really contribute with the council. 

You would ask the builders what they thought, and they just shake their heads. 

Please, no more brown tonguing.
