“The grounds look remarkably good,” Tocal Field Days manager Wendy Franklin said. “Just like the farming community, we will soldier on in the face of diversity.”
Tocal Field Days will open on Friday and run until Sunday.
Exhibitors have started to set up for the event on their allocated sites. They will showcase a variety of products, services and farm innovations.
Visitors will also appreciate a tasty range of good food and wine products.
School children will perform on stage and the popular ute muster will return on the Sunday.
“This year’s event will be as good or better than our previous events,” Ms Franklin said.
Entry is $13 for seniors and concession, and $18 for adults.
Children under 16 can enter for $1 when with a paying adult.
A free shuttle bus will run from Maitland Station to Tocal on the hour.
Tickets are available from the website www.tocalfielddays.com or at the gate.
