Natalie Donoghue, 54, has been found in the Lower Hunter Valley.
Just before midday on Monday, May 25, a Lifesaver helicopter located Ms Donoghue and directed ground crews to her location.
Rescue crews were with the woman and will soon meet with medical staff where she will be examined.
Police would like to thank the media and public for their assistance.

A search is under way for a 55-year-old woman who failed to return home after going for a bike ride at Yango National Park in the Lower Hunter Valley.
Natalie Donohue was last seen about 9.30am on Sunday when she left her home on Joan Street, Foresters Beach, to go for a bike ride.
Ms Donohue left in her Nissan 4WD, with a bicycle attached and told family members that she was going for a ride through Yengo National Park in Bucketty, south of Cessnock.
When she failed to return home in the afternoon, family members contacted police.
Police from Brisbane Waters Local Area Command with the assistance of officers from neighbouring commands, Westpac Helicopter, and the Volunteer Rescue Association are conducting a full-scale search of the area.
Natalie Donahue is described as Caucasian in appearance and was last seen wearing a pink sports top and black bike pants.
