Keep the computer in a room the whole family can access
Consider computer blocking software.
Ensure parents have access to children’s email accounts and randomly check the contents.
Check phone bills for unusual outgoing calls, or consider using a ‘caller ID’ device to identify incoming calls.
Check internet safety measures of a child’s school, public library, and places they frequent.
