Preliminary finals will be held at Greta Central Oval with the Colts to feature in firsts, reserves, under 18s and ladies league tag.
Winners will progress to deciders at Scone next weekend while for losers it will be season over.
“It is a massive day for us,” Colts first grade coach Ron Griffiths said.
“Last year we had three teams drop out the first week of semis, so to have four with a chance of grand finals is a great achievement in itself.
“It would be great to get four wins at home and all four teams playing next weekend.”
In first grade Greta Branxton are the defending champions and this weekend marks a grand final replay against the Denman Devils.
Eight players – Joby Patten, Andrew Roberts, Ben Murray, Daniel Bates and Mitchell Brid – remain from that premiership campaign for the Colts.
Griffiths said his forward trio of lock Harry Goodyear and second-rowers Joe McCormack and Jake Moore would be pivotal for Greta Branxton in both attack and defence.
The second-placed Colts were beaten by minor premiers Scone in the major semi-final on Sunday while the Devils accounted for Aberdeen in the minor semi-final a fortnight ago.
First grade kicks off at 2.15pm.
The Colts will be up against defending premiers Scone in reserves (12.45pm) after tackling Muswellbrook in both under 18s (11.15am) and ladies league tag (10am).
