Heath and Rozzie Ryan of Heatherbrae as well as Woodville duo Alexis Hellyer and Elliot Patterson will be going around at Horsely Park.
Rozzie Ryan will be first away with Revelwood Jukebox in the Prix St Georges and Patterson will be a reserve with Boronia.
Hellyer and Heath Ryan follow in the Intermediate II with Waca W and Utopian Cardinal respectively.
On Friday the main competition at Sydney International Equestrian Centre begins.
Olympian Heath will team up with both of his charges in the Grand Prix CDI-W and will compete against wife Rozzie and Jarrah R.
Lambs Valley rider Jeremy Janjic will also contest that section with his Friesian Stallion - Django Of Cacharel.
The same four will have another showdown on Saturday in the Grand Prix CDI-W Freestyle and finish with the Grand Prix Special CDN on Sunday.
Also facing multiple battles across three days are Grace Kay of Windermere and Elisabeth Hulin of Lorn.
They will go head-to-head in the Young Rider CDI-Y Team, Individual and Freestyle with Karingal Jamirquai and Moscow respectively.
Hellyer and Patterson also have several more rides at the event.
