Foley, based at Geurie near Dubbo, brings a trio of runners for the non-graded Supporters Club Juvenile final and they will start next to each other from the inside lanes at the Maitland Showground track.
Queen Taro, Betty Sue Taro and King Taro will launch from boxes one, two and three respectively in the bid for a $2000 winner’s prize at the end of 400 metres.
Outside of Foley’s team first reserve Spring Magic is expected to line up in box four after Schusta was scratched.
In the wider half of the draw, wearing rugs five to eight are Sketchy Chief, Pretty Socks, Indiana Mango and Kakarot.
Earlier in the 11-race card Maitland track record holders will go head-to-head in the fourth.
No Donuts and Knocka’s Return have been pitted against one another in the non-graded 565m event worth $3480 to first place.
Brad Canty’s No Donuts has the current mark at 31.41 seconds, overtaking the previous score of the Mark Wilcox-trained Knock’s Return at 31.55s.
Wilcox also has Sweetwater Boy and Titan Sprite running around at Maitland on Thursday.
Club sponsorship and promotions manager Fred Robertson said Titan Sprite (race nine, number five) was his best bet of the day.
First race jumps at 7.31pm.
Greyhound Racing NSW officials moved the start time back almost four hours because of the predicted hot weather.
Kennels open at 6pm and close 45 minutes later.
There will be no trials after the last race.
