Smith won races 10 and 11 with Woopi Doo Moola and Coolabah Moola after the regular afternoon meeting was pushed back into the night to avoid the high temperatures.
Coolabah Moola was the most impressive of the two, winning the Station Hotel/Motel Kurri Stakes over 400 metres in a slick 22.49 seconds.
The son of El Grand Senor and Whinging Wrench led all the way from box three to bring up his 16th win in 47 starts. He beat the Len Haaring-trained Most Arrogant by one and a half lengths with the Mark Moroney-trained Fire Elusive third.
Woopi Doo Moola was second away in the Brodie Wells Electrical Stakes grade five over 400m but led the field a merry chase from the bend to win in 22.99s.
The daughter of Velocette and Gift Pack brought up her second win in 10 starts for Smith after breaking her maiden at The Gardens only five days earlier.
The Peter Akers-trained In A Shadow was two and a half lengths second with the Barbara Rees-trained Lover’s Boy third.

The final of the $2000-to-the-winner Maitland Supporters Club Juvenile Sprint Series final went pretty much as scripted with fastest heat winner Pretty Socks first past the post in 22.53s.
The daughter of El Grand Senor and Erin Norris was slowly away from box six but rounded up the five-dog field on the bend and pulled away to beat the Dave Richardson-trained Kakarot by three and three quarter lengths.
Richardson’s Sketchy Chief was third.
Pretty Socks has now won five of her eights starts for Dobies Bight trainer Mitchell Northfield.

Kearsley trainer Anthony Callaghan kicked off Thursday’s meeting in fine style when Awesome Bailey won the Taragreyhounds.com.au Maiden over 450m.
The son of Bye Bye Bucks put the writing on the wall a week earlier with a solid second to Be Da Boss and he led throughout on Thursday to beat the Natina Howard-trained Jack Ya Zipper with the Ray Walters-trained White Tip Pepper third.

Aberglasslyn trainer Brad Canty’s kennel star No Donuts can do no wrong at the moment.
The son of Fabregas and Chevy Princess made it four on the trot when he won the Ladbrokes Monthly Medal Stakes over 565m in a slick 31.47s.
This was only six hundredths of a second outside the track record he set at Maitland on November 5.
No Donuts has won 15 of his 31 starts and collected more than $77,000 prizemoney.
