The 2016 calendar sells for $10 and all proceeds go to support library services in Maitland.
Scenes illustrated include St Joseph’s Catholic Church in East Maitland, the Imperial and Grand Junction Hotels in Maitland, Morpeth Bridge, Maitland Town Hall, the Walka Water Works at Oakhampton and St Peter’s Church in East Maitland.
“It has been wonderful having such a strong support group over the years,” Maitland City Librarian Keryl Collard said.
“We are extremely grateful for all they have done for us and we look forward to their next 20 years.”
The cover of the calendar depicts a 3801 steam train at Maitland Station and is titled All Aboard! Next Stop Your Library.
Library technician Laurelle Griffiths said the calendars had been well received, with several already sold.
The calendars cost $10 each and can be bought at any Maitland City Library branch.
The Friends of Maitland Library meet on the third Wednesday, every second month, at the library, starting at 5pm.
