The American Staffordshire terrier-cross is a picture of health – desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.

He’s very active and needs owners who like to walk and play. 

He’ll need ongoing lead and obedience training to make sure his manners don’t deteriorate.

However he is very intelligent and affectionate. Axel can become stressed when left to his own devices so owners should make sure he has plenty of toys to keep him interested. 

Axel can become excited when meeting new dogs so homes with existing pets should bring them to the shelter for an introduction first.
