Harry died suddenly in October 2014, from a ruptured spleen, the result of Epstein Barr Virus.
The popular player was just two months short of his 19th birthday and was fondly remembered during the inaugural memorial match last year.
The Pickers decided to hold Harry Hofman memorial game in their first home game against Cessnock each year.
Hofman went to school with a number of Cessnock players at St Mary’s in Maitland and the Goannas were keen to join the tribute.
Hofman’s family and friends will be special guests at the ceremony with a minutes silence before the start of the game at 1.30pm.
The Pickers will also pay tribute to other players and officials who have passed away in the past 12 months.
