With the quirky theme of ‘second hand formal’, this one day event is bound to be full of light hearted luxurious indulgence.
After three consecutive sold out events, the quaint yet sinister sister event to the famed Gum Ball Music Festival is anticipating a big year in 2016 with the perfect winter warmer recipe.
Pigsty in July has also just revealed the final round of artists that will visit the boutique one-day festival.
Central Coast indie-rockers Sea Legs have been riding the Triple J airwaves with single ‘Witches Have Friends’, and will join the PigSty line-up alongside rising Newcastle rockers In Motion, who have been turning heads with their hard-hitting grooves.
There will again be a mouth-watering array of food available with Bao Brothers Eatery, MEET, Rustic Pizza, Esty’s South American Sausage Sizzle and Forage Espresso all in attendance.
And it just wouldn’t be a PigSty feast without an impressive array of cleansing ales.
For the more refined piglets, there will be a selection of the best local Hunter valleys wines available, including Tamburlaine, Brokenwood, Petersons and Dashville’s own drop curated by Macquariedale.
Naturally, as always, the PigSty cocktails will also be in high demand.
Event organiser Magpie Johnston says this year there will be slightly bigger stages, more comedy, more food, beer, wine, bands, and of course more fun.
The fully licenced event runs from 11am to 10pm, with both onsite camping and return bus shuttle available from around the Hunter.
Tickets are $48 plus booking fee and are currently on sale via www.dashville.com.au.
