The event, which will run through the school holidays, features a ice-skating rink and a man-made snowfield for young ones to dig and play in.
It also features a 25 metre ice toboggan, a giant snow globe, warm beverages and food.
By mid-morning on Sunday, an army of snowmen had sprung up, the ice-skating rink was full and snowball fights were raging.
By night, the rink turns into a winter ball with a silent disco on ice from 5pm until 9pm.
From 10am until 2pm on weekends guests can meet cold climate dogs including Siberian Huskies, Shar Peis while master ice sculptor Kenji Ogawa makes his masterpieces live.
Snow Time opened as the coldest weekend of the year hit much of the state.
