In just two short years the reputation of this privately owned Hunter residential complex has spiralled to the point where it now attracts requests for inspections from as far afield as Queensland and Victoria.
People want a quality build and first-rate facilities at an affordable price. But this Clubhouse elevates Walka Grange into the luxury-at-an-affordable-price bracket and purchasers recognise this.

The attraction?
Quality-built homes surrounded by landscaped gardens enclosed within the safety of a gated community.
Throw in easy access to recreational and cultural activities, shopping and medical facilities and it’s understandable why residency in this Over 55s Lifestyle Village is so sought after.
With the anticipated August completion of Walka’s state-of-the-art Residents’ Clubhouse demand will only be increased.
The facility boasts an indoor swimming pool, gym, library, four lounge areas including a sports lounge (think pool tables, carpet bowls, darts, etc) plus a bar and two kitchens.
Sales manager Ron Murray says the recent rapid increase in sales correlates to the building progress of Residents Clubhouse.
“People want a quality build and first-rate facilities at an affordable price,” he said. “But this clubhouse elevates Walka Grange into the luxury-at-an-affordable-price bracket and purchasers recognise this.
“We only have three properties still available in Stage 6, and at only $355,000 they’ll sell before their scheduled late September completion date. In the final stage, which will accommodate 44 homes, we have only eight blocks still available to take a deposit.”
For anyone contemplating downsizing or retirement planning, even if it’s still down the track, it’s worth taking a look at Walka Grange to see what affordable luxury looks like.
For anyone wanting to make a move sooner rather than later, then you should know that delaying your inspection is probably the only luxury you can’t afford at Walka Grange.
