Tim Harding was man of the match with a hard-hitting 48 and 3-29 from nine overs as Kurri Weston dismissed City for 262 in the second last over.
Josh Tuckwell (44) and Casey Capper (43) got the Warriors off to a flyer with their opening stand of 94 including five sixes and 10 fours.
City fought back to have the Warriors at 4/134 but Harding and Justin Cavanagh, whose innings of 64 included four sixes and three fours, set up a big total.
The Warriors tail all made contributions led by 27 to wicketkeeper Tyler Power.
City United were given a five-run start when the umpire ruled Power had run down the wicket after an official warning.
All six Warriors bowlers took wicket with Cameron Bates claiming 2-71.
While skipper Michael Heinrich missed out with the bat, his 1-16 off 10 overs was crucial in stemming City’s run chase.
