The 31-year-old Cooranbong man and 25-year-old Raymond Terrace woman are on top of the annual Bowls Australia points system as of November 28.
The international event starts in Christchurch on Tuesday with Sherriff skipping triples and Scott playing fours, both against Wales. Competition continues until December 11.
