About 200 riders hit the track from 4am-4pm to raise money for Olympian Sam Willoughby and Orange rider Bruce Moore, who each suffered serious spinal injuries.
The idea behind the event was for someone to be on track at all times during the 12 hours.
Several professional riders travelled from across the state to attend.
A clubby was held for the riders to have a bit of fun, and there was a retro BMX show, a car display and raffles throughout the day.
Maitland-Tenambit BMX Club public officer Darren Muncaster said the club was very pleased with how the event went.
He said as far as he knew, it was the first time any club had held an event of this sort.
“It worked out really well,” he said. “The whole club got behind it, everyone put in a big effort.”
The proceeds will be divided 50/50 between the two riders.
