Kurri Kurri, Paterson and Port Stephens have all clocked up three wins and a loss from the four rounds of competition.
A win for each of the top three teams will not impact their position on the ladder, but an upset in any game could prove costly.
Ladder leaders Kurri Kurri take on bottom of the table Windsor Castle, who will be seeking their first win in the T20 competition at Howe Park.
Second-placed Paterson will be away to their cross-town rivals Dungog, who are sitting in fourth place on the ladder.
Port Stephens Pythons, who are in third place on the ladder, are at home to Raworth at King Park 5.
In B-grade, ladder leaders Port Stephens Pythons take on fifth-placed Largs at King Park 5.
Largs, who are sitting in fourth, are home to second-placed Hinton at Ernie Jurd Oval.
The Chelmsford Hotel, who are inside the top three after four rounds, will come up against last-placed Seaham at June McNaughton.
This is the final round of the regular competition before the final, which has been set down for Saturday, December 17.
After the T20 competition wraps up next weekend, the one-day challenge resumes on Saturday, January 7.
