Paterson were bundled out for 83 after dismissing Windsor Castle for 157 in the 29th over, but had no answers to Kijko and King who finished with 4-41 and 4-36 respectively.
Stallions skipper Shayne Bailey bowled his opening pair out and had the Midas touch with his first change bowler Kevin Torrens taking the last two Paterson wickets Steve Jenkins and Dean Bridges in his first over.
Jenkins and Bridges saw off the damaging Kijko and King and scored 18 and 14 respectively before the change of bowler brought them undone.
Russell Presland top scored for Paterson with 24 including three fours and a six off King’s bowling before King had him caught.
Earlier Stallions’ openers Chad Ryan (39) and Leigh Williams (36) scored the bulk of Windsor Castle’s runs with valuable contributions by King (18) and Joshua McInnes (19)
Presland had a strong game claiming 3-13 with the ball to be the best of Paterson’s bowlers along with Matt McCletchie who finished with 3-21. Bridges took two wickets, but was expensive conceding 61 runs.
Dungog v Kurri Kurri
Kurri Kurri made short work of Dungog’s 9/171 reaching the target in 20 overs at Bennett Park.
Opener Jackson Bell led the way in the batting for Dungog making 47. Martin Osmond (38) and Stuart Reeves (41) were the other major contributors. Luke Rits was the only tailender to offer any real resistance finishing with nine not out.
Danial Foster had the best figures for Kurri Kurri finishing with 3-24 as the Kookaburras shared the wickets around.
The Kookaburras made it clear they were in a hurry to get the game over as Peter Brennan launched five fours and four sixes in his innings of 56.
Michael Gates and Danial Foster were denied half-centuries when Kurri Kurri reached their target, with the duo both not out on 49 and 46 respectively.
Damien Keating took one of the two wickets to fall and youngster Ben Osmond making his A-grade debut took the other.
Raworth v Port Stephens
Raworth became the latest victim of Port Stephens' red-hot top-order batting line-up in Maitland A-grade cricket on Saturday.
The Pythons took less than 17 overs to eclipse Raworth’s score after demolishing Kurri Kurri the week before scoring 183 in 23 overs.
Raworth managed to post 151 from 37.4 overs but the majority of their batsmen were unable to convert starts, with six reaching double figures.
Jason Beveridge and Chris Murphy were the best for Raworth scoring 34 and 29 respectively.
Daniel Scheerer (3-13) and Allan Baldwin (3-24) were the chief destroyers with the ball for Port Stephens.
Port skipper Josh Moxey followed up last week’s 103 with 65 off 51 balls including nine fours and two sixes.
Brother Jarrod was even more destructive clubbing 57 not out off 23 balls, while Craig Hunter scored 27 off 24.
LADDER: Port Stephens 36, Windsor Castle 28, Kurri Kurri 27, Paterson 26, Raworth 17, Dungog 14.
