The tresillian nurse has celebrated 25 years at Amcal Max Rutherford, having been on board since the baby clinic first started.
Back then, Sister Kay worked from a small table to help parents with feeding, weighing and other advice for children aged zero to six years.
Now she has her own room, which parents from far and wide come to visit two days a week.
Sister Kay now works with two women she helped when they were babies, and the children of babies she used to see have also started to come through.
But despite such a long career, Sister Kay still has the same passion for helping mums and bubs that she had when she first started.
“It’s just that feeling of being able to help people,” she said. “Babies are just wonderful.”
Amcal Max Rutherford store manager Leah Kelly said it was a great achievement for Sister Kay.
