The event, which was held at Michel’s Patisserie, was a chance for people to meet police and ask questions in a relaxed environment.
Central Hunter Superintendent Craig Jackson said the feedback from the public about the day had been really positive.
“Numerous people stated what a great initiative the day was and were happy to be able to interact with police in a friendly, relaxed way,” he said.
“It was great to hear so many people commenting and offering support for their local police.”
