Shoppers flocked to The Levee on Thursday to scoop up their fresh food and try chef Amorelle Dempster’s fresh warm salad.
The salad took winter produce to a new level with spinach, kale and cabbage turned into a delectable warm dish with a few accessories to give it a bit of a kick.
Ms Dempster’s pumpkin, lentil and vegetable curry also drew a crowd.
