Kurri Kurri riders are in top form ahead of this weekend’s NSW Junior Track Championships hosted by Kurri Kurri Junior Motorcycle Club.

Club riders ended with two national titles and two other podium finishes at last month’s Australian Junior Dirt Track Championships in Mildura.
Competing against Australia’s best young riders, 20 members of the club took part on a track that few had competed on before.
Harrison Ryan won the 85 2-stroke/150 4-stroke 13 to under-16 years big wheel Australian title.
Cameron Dunker also won an Aussie title in the 85 modified category for seven to under-10 years.
Alexander Adamson finished third in the Division 2 50cc and Kurtis Jackson was second in the in the 65cc seven to under-nine years
A club spokesperson said the club was very proud on how hard their riders rode on the weekend, with all categories fiercely competitive.
“The club and families would also like to say a special thank you to the East Cessnock Bowling Club and the Weston Workers Club for their sponsorship,” the spokesperson said.
“The generous contribution they made to our competitors was a great help in allowing them to compete in one of the biggest events of the year.
“The feeling of having community backing meant a great deal to our club members.”
The Kurri Kurri Junior Motorcycle Club hosts the NSW Junior Track championships at their track at Dickson Road, Loxford Park on Saturday and Sunday, from 10am.
Entry on Sunday costs $5 per car and $2 per bike.
