In B grade, the Kearsley Crushers enjoyed a 26-0 shutout of University of Newcastle.
Maitland United weren’t as lucky, copping an 88-10 belting at the hands of North Newcastle.
In C grade, Abermain went down in a tight grind 10-0 to Paterson River.
Hinton had a strong win over Stroud, 28-6.
Abermain remain on top of the C grade ladder on 27 points.
Woodberry hold on to third spot, with East Maitland in fifth as the finals approach.
In D grade, Maitland United went down 30 to 24 against Karuah while Clarencetown smashed Raymond Terrace, 46-12.
In that grade, Clarencetown hold on to third place, while Maitland United remain rooted to the bottom of the table without a win to their name this season.
