Brodie’s performance at The Junkyard will mark the launch of his brand new album, "Lost Not Found".
Performing with him on the night will be world class guitarslinger, Marty Burke.
Since 1999, Brodie has captured audiences around the world, releasing a succession of albums which have been nominated for numerous awards.
Born in Melbourne, Brodie was raised in a musical family, his father, a professional guitarist and singer taught Brodie the basic chords of guitar and piano and along with his brother Chris, they began making music together.
His musical talents have taken him to the U.S., U.K., France, Spain and New Zealand playing such iconic venues as CBGB in New York, The Exit/In in Nashville and The Olympia in Paris.
Brodie's talents were recognised with two ARIA awards for his second album, Empty Arms, Broken Hearts as well as an unfaltering reputation as an incredible live performer with acclaimed appearances at festivals such as the Big Day Out, Byron Bay Bluesfest, Splendour in the Grass and the Binic Folks Blues festival in France, signing to French label Beast Records and completing a 20 date tour of Europe with his backing band the Grieving Widows in 2012.
He will return to the Hunter Valley after his performance at Dashville’s Gumball festival in 2016.
Also performing at the Grand Junction this weekend is Autumn Hearts and Lennie Tranter (Friday) followed by Floyd Vincent (Sunday).
