In D grade, the Clarence Town Cobras will play an elimination semi against the Hexham Jets after finishing fourth.
Maitland United picked up the wooden spoon with one win for the season.
In C grade, Abermain have secured the minor premiership.
The Hawks secured top spot with a 48-22 victory over Morpeth on Saturday.
They’ll now take on Gloucester, who finished the season in fourth place, in a qualifying final to be held at Lakeside Oval on Saturday.
Behind them, Woodberry have come second, with East Maitland in fifth.
Hinton and Paterson River will play finals football after securing seventh and eighth spot respectively, while the Maitland Pickers and Morpeth miss the finals.
In B grade, Dungog have more than handled their promotion up the divisions this year, finishing the season in second place.
They’ll play Belmont South in the qualifying final on Saturday.
The Kearsley Crushers claimed seventh spot.
