The program tells the story behind the Slow Food Earth Markets Maitland, which is held in The Levee on the first and third Thursday of the month.
It features Slow Food Hunter Valley leader Amorelle Dempster’s role in the venture, along with farmers Matthew and Liam Dennis who were involved in igniting the movement thanks to their 40 tonne pumpkin crop.

It has gradually transformed into a twice monthly market, which usually works out to fall fortnightly.
