Lessons In Leadership will see McKinna pass on advice regarding how to run a successful team, club, or organisation, creating a friendly environment, and how to get and motivate volunteers. 

Kicking off at 6.30pm on Wednesday March 21, Maitland residents won’t have to travel far, with the event to be held at Marcellin Park in Lorn.

The workshop is open to anyone from any sport, with McKinna to impart lessons useful for any club and code. 

McKinna comes as his Jets ride a surging wave of form, currently locked in second place on the A League ladder after getting the wooden spoon last year.
