There will be roughly 3,000 chocolate eggs scattered throughout Maitland Park Bowling Club on Sunday for the club’s second annual Easter egg hunt.
“It was quite successful last year, we had about 250 kids,” Maitland Park Bowling Club approved manager Karla McCluskey said.
“We’re gauging between 400 and 500 kids this year.”
Along with the hunt, there will be a kids disco, jumping castle, petting zoo, sausage sizzle, face painting and even a visit from the Easter bunny himself. For the grown ups there will also be market stalls.
“The excitement for adults isn’t in it anymore so to be able to bring happiness to the kids is fantastic,” Ms McCluskey said.
The fun kicks off at 11am.
