The opening night of the daredevil show’s latest Australian tour drew almost 12,000 fans to Broadmeadow for a night of death-defying airborne insanity.
Newcastle freestyle rider and former Crusty Demon Michael Norris was among those soaring off the ramps on a picture-perfect evening.
“I love riding my hometown show,” he said. “There’s no crowd in the world like it.”
Boasting the biggest ramps in the world, the Nitro Circus tour will head to Wollongong before stopping in Mildura, Warrnambool, Perth and Bunbury.
