The opening marks the completion of four stages of construction which began back in January 2016.
The $414 million project, which has more than doubled the size of the centre, is the largest redevelopment ever undertaken by Stockland.
While some retailers are still yet to come including Hoyts Cinema and H&M, the vast majority of stores in the new-look centre will be open for business from Thursday.
The latest stage includes 50 new retailers including David Jones, Harris Scarfe and JB Hi-Fi, 950 more car spaces and an indoor/outdoor dining precinct.
