Finance Business Partner

Your new company
I've partnered with one of Australia's largest health insurance organisations in their search for a Finance Business Partner that will primarily focus on what they perceive to be their biggest growth area in the next 3-5 years

Your new role
The role of Finance Business Partner is newly created and will be given a client portfolio made up of existing business units and a newly created one that is projected to be the biggest growth area for the business over the next few years. You will have full ownership of leading this growth through development of business cases and working with senior stakeholders to support on key business decisions.
Duties will include but not be limited to;

• Develop and maintain complex business models as required
• Prepare and complete month end and management reporting tasks
• Be key person in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Support various senior leadership teams in their board reports
• Support other business units as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive management and financial reporting experience
• Previous experience in providing financial support to senior executive teams
• Ability to build and maintain complex financial models
• Health insurance experience
• Strong analytical background
