The pair, who are long-time friends, conceived the idea for a co-headline tour after performing together for the first time at the Robin Hood Foundation benefit in 2013.
The two singer-songwriters will blend both their voices and bands, playing their most famous hits solo and as duets.
As the voice of The Police, Sting rose to stardom with hits Every Breath You Take and Message In A Bottle.
Alongside collaborator Art Garfunkel, Simon's folk music remains a defining sound of the '60s.
He would also have a stellar solo career, releasing the landmark record Graceland in 1986.
Paul Simon and Sting play Hope Estate on Saturday, February 14, 2015.
Tickets go on sale Monday, July 7 at 10am and tickets range in price from $109.90 to $299.90.
