Who else in recent diplomatic history has been stalked by royals, won over the Scottish with an inflatable kangaroo, found time to raise awareness for the incredibly worthy "Beanies For Brain Cancer" campaign and still filed copy for our readers, all while on holiday.
His energy is exhausting just watching him and we can only be thankful he left his best mate Andrew "Parko" Parkinson behind in Maitland to fill the void back here.

Before cross-dressing for breakfast at the Commonwealth Games and winning gold at the world championships, the Kookaburras unveiled a few moves from the dance floor on tour in India.
Coming from a Celtic background where we favour an Irish jig or highland fling – employed with what can be best translated from Gaelic as poise and rhythm – there’s probably a little too much arm rolling for my liking.
But I can’t help but admire the enthusiasm as the Kookaburras go Bollywood, via Studio 54 and Ibiza.
