The much-loved chef and farmer will return to his Hunter Valley roots for the annual festival on March 11 and 12.
“I was born in the Hunter Valley so I feel I have a bit of a connection to this part of Australia so I’m really looking forward to Maitland Taste,” he said.
Paul will present a demonstration on produce gardening on Saturday and a live cooking demonstration on Sunday.
Paul has a passion for sustainable agriculture and for seeing produce go from the paddock to the plate.
Along with what Paul has to offer, attendees will be able to enjoy food, coffee, wine and desserts, along with live art, produce markets and lots of activities for the kids.
The event will also include cooking and gardening demonstrations, a BBQ Backyard, a Ciders and Sliders Bar, and a collaboration with Slow Food Hunter Valley, who have been running the monthly produce markets at The Levee.
